Potential desire access to a specialist in the field of mental health: implications for practice suicidological

The work is devoted to the importance of the desire to consult a specialist in mental health (even without a specific reason - "just for fun"), for suicidological practice. Studied a group of young women that have responded to this statement proposed in the questionnaire is positive, but never before such allowance is not applied. Since in our country the treatment of a psychiatrist or psychotherapist, still remains a highly stigmatizing factor, these fantasies and desires of young people, adults and the environment, including special experts are often considered as unimportant or openly demonstrative. Nevertheless, our results conclusively demonstrate that the respondents of the study group have significantly higher suicidal potential. This fact speaks in favour of a positive answer to this question is rather what is disturbing, often "premanifest" indicating a possible serious problem. This question, despite its seeming "lightness", it is appropriate to use in screening studies as suicidological in practice and in other studies of young boys and girls regarding their psycho-emotional state.
