Potential and management opportunities of the school set-up development

The author proposes a conceptual model of the school set-up development management, describes the nature and specific features of the management mechanisms of this complex structure. One of the most important requirements to implementation of the administrative functions is delegating of the authorities to the students' and teachers' councils. The article considers concrete methods of management operationalization and technologization: training methods, expert evaluation, development of management skills, application of the information and communication environment.
