Victims of offenses under articles 132 and 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: theory and practice problems of enforcement

The article defines the signs of the victim of crimes set out in Articles 131 and 132 of the RF Criminal Code. Particular importance is attached to such grounds as gender, and a detailed analysis of the term and the theoretical and practical problems of enforcement are provided.
