The behavior of actors of small business: the role of organizational culture

In this article, the aim of the study is to classify the behavior of actors in small business according to the criteria of organizational values and norms. It is shown that the behavior of Russian small businesses can be described as: traditional allotting; uncertain; or innovative. Based on the proposed scheme, it can be noted that in the behavioral attitudes reflected the basic beliefs that affect the goals and means of achieving them in the sphere of economic activity.
