Agenda: regional aspect

The relevance of the research on the agenda in domestic political science has remained for more than 30 years, but until now the regional aspects of this issue remain in the shadows. In the article, the author proposes to highlight the territorial factor as a subject of the research in the field of political communication, and, in particular, in the study of the theory of agenda formation. The reason for emphasizing the chosen topic is the expansion of powers of the heads of regions of the Russian Federation in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, as well as the processes of globalization and the creation of a unified information space in the country.
