The problems of everyday life of a Soviet city viewed from sanitary point of view at the second decade of the last century

The study of different aspects of Soviet everyday life remains very important. In this article the author tackles upon some problems of city’s everyday life during the years of the revolution of 1917-1918 and its immediate sequences. The inner atmosphere of this city was permeated by mutual hostility, indifference, distrust. The only idea of common people was to receive their livelihood. The article pays special attention to the living conditions of soviet citizens.
