Improving the safety of interfield gas pipelines in cold climate regions

The purpose of the article is to study and develop methods for improving the safety of interfield gas pipelines in cold climate regions. The article analyzes the improvement of the safety of interfield gas pipelines in cold climate regions by using anticorrosive coatings, as well as the most effective methods for combating corrosion of interfield gas pipelines in cold climate regions. The main methods of anticorrosive coatings for interfield gas pipelines in cold climate regions are characterized: rubber coating, electrochemical metallization, and application of paint and varnish coatings.
