Increasing the reliability of the mass appraisal. Method moving average

The author discusses methods of moving average for an individual assessment of the current value of the property. We propose two algorithms by which the possible averaging observations of a random process that the value of the object estimate that fall from the average of the use of classical sliding algorithm. Describes in detail the principle of each algorithm, analyzes their accuracy. The conclusion about the feasibility of practical use of the algorithms in the construction of more accurate models of the mass appraisal.
