Increasing the motor activity of students in self-insulation with the use of mobile applications

The article presents a comparative analysis of the indicators of students' motor readiness in the process of independent physical culture lessons during the period of self-isolation. To assess the motor fitness of students, the Cooper test was used, which characterizes the level of endurance as an indicator of human health. The question of the effectiveness of using mobile applications by students for independent planning of the training process, during independent physical culture lessons, is considered. The study showed that the use of mobile applications by students to maintain a healthy lifestyle led to personal responsibility, made it possible to increase motivational activity, which contributed to an increase in the level of students' motor fitness.
