The increase of finance and resources basis of development of territories on the basis of efficiency and productivity of budgeted expenses

Conformity to the purposes of territorial development of model of an effective and productive expenditure of means implemented in Russia is proved (the budgeting focused on result) and possibilities of increase in the finance and resources basis of the development of territories at the expense of enhancement of the basic tools of the budgeting focused on result: purchasing activity and the state and municipal tasks.
