Nowadays the current problems of recreational physical education are the general health improvement and harmonious development of personality. One of the effective ways of health- improvement is dance aerobics. The features of teaching dance aerobics classes with young girls aged 14-15 are reviewed in the article. The most effective exercises increasing fitness level are offered.
