It is defined, that regular use of hypoventilational modes of breathing in the training of runners renders the positive influence on the functional and special physical fitness of athlets. It is ascertained that modes of hypoventilation are expedient for using in training of runners both in common-training and in special-preparatory stages of preparatory period of trainings.
