Solved the problem of finding the spectral content ( or form ) of UWB signals, providing the maximum value of the received signal with fixed-bathroom-precision measurement of angular coordinates of objects. Based on the analysis of the signal-to-noise quantitative assessment of the potential applications of UWB pulse signals in radar. It is shown that their use potentially solves the problem of detection, identification and measurement of subtle coordinates of objects with the required accuracy, including radiolocation purposes, secured by broadband absorbing coating.
