Improving the efficiency of the fitness center’s business processes through the introduction of a modern digital solution

Adaptation of the fitness industry to modern working conditions is due to a reduction in format, lower entry threshold and digitalization. A study and analysis of the composition and structure of a typical business system of a fitness enterprise showed that increasing the efficiency of business processes based on the implementation of a digital solution will allow organizing the entire process of doing business in the field of fitness services: from the beginning of working with clients and ending with counting the number of sports goods per warehouse.
