Increasing the efficiency of hotel enterprises based on the use of artificial intelligence

The article discusses current issues of using artificial intelligence in the hospitality industry. It is shown that the target audience of hotel and tourism enterprises has changed significantly in recent years, the main share of consumers are millennials, who perceive the digitalization of tourism and hospitality very positively. It is noted that the share of organizations using artificial intelligence in their activities is constantly growing. In the field of tourism and hospitality, more than 21% of companies already use artificial intelligence, the readiness of this sector for further implementation of artificial intelligence is analyzed. An analysis of artificial intelligence technologies used in the hospitality industry is carried out, the main effects of using artificial intelligence in the hospitality industry are shown.
