The article discusses recommendations for improving the efficiency of companies in the hotel business. These recommendations are based on the problems of research in the field of hotel business, its links with tourism activities. The article emphasizes that the key directions in increasing the efficiency of hotel business companies are played by the synergy of competent strategic management, business process management, marketing activities, human capital, company finances, and the use of technology. Therefore, studying the reserves to improve the efficiency of enterprises in the industry in question, it is necessary to make efforts to improve activities in all key areas of the set of recommendations.
