Improving the efficiency of Vodokanal MUP in the context of digital transformation

The article considers the relationship between the level of quality of life of the urban population and the methodology for calculating the Digital Maturity indicator to assess the effectiveness of the activities of senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Data on the activities of Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise are presented, on the basis of which the introduction of automated leak detection systems and technology for trenchless repair of pipelines using epoxy compositions is proposed. However, at the moment, the increase in the efficiency of MUP Vodokanal due to digital transformation is not legally stimulated. However, taking into account the trend of changes in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 4, 2022, it is possible to propose appropriate indicators of the digital transformation of city services in the next edition of this regulatory act.
