Improving the efficiency of public sector management small and medium businesses through the use of modern information and analytical systems

The article analyzes the current state of sector of small and medium business of Russia. Shows the main indicators of this sector, key factors for the lack of growth and investment, and the analysis of expectations of organizations from this sector. On the basis of this analysis revealed the problem of quality of public administration this sector and proposes solutions.
