Increase of using efficiency of small and average industrial enterprises information systems

It is considered a problem of increase of using efficiency of information systems at the industrial enterprises of small and average business. Specificity of information systems of such enterprises, necessity of use of the «service» approach and business-processes typical models, an opportunity of increase of efficiency due to aprioristic planning possible changes are shown.
