Improvement of efficiency of personnel reserve vacancy filling in state authorities of Saratov region

The article discusses the main problems in the sphere of effective use of the Institute of personnel reserve for replacement of vacant positions in state bodies by the example of the region of the Russian Federation - Saratovskaya oblast. It suggests ways to solve the above problems, with the aim of improving the functioning of the Institute of personnel reserve for positions of civil service.
