Improving the efficiency of enterprise resources

The article refers entrepreneurial resources to one of the key resources that contribute to the formation of an innovative economy in the region: entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial infrastructure, ethics and culture, as well as strategic resources (strategic thinking, entrepreneurial activity) and organizational resources (ability to organizational implementation and business improvement). It is shown that organizational resources is a part of enterprise resource-related management capability in the organization of production, enabling a functional system of management and technologies, methods of production organization and logistics. There are two kinds of organizational resources: the capacity for organizational implementation of the business and the ability to improve the business. The procedure of business resources efficient use, the social and economic system of the region consist of the stages of situational factors analysis, market environment, internal and external constraints on business, potential entrepreneurs and competencies development planning and implementation of the enterprise resource. It is revealed that modern process control systems and enterprise resources are comprehensive and allow one to solve a number of related business process management challenges.
