Effectivization of the industrial capacity utilization on the military-industrial complex enterprises

The authors consider the problem of the worn-out state and industry obsolescence of the main productive assets together with the excess capacity which include the mobilization reserve that is one of the urgent questions of the Russian military-industrial complex. For solving the problem the authors offer methods of two different directions: optimization of the industrial capacity utilization at the enterprises and elaboration of the new regulatory under the state auspieces
