Improvement of efficiency of use of labor resources to LLC agrofirma "Trud"

This article assesses the use of labor resources in LLC Agrofirm "Trud". To do this, an analysis was carried out of the personnel composition of the enterprise and the system of motivation. On the basis of the data obtained, recommendations are given on increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources, which will improve the performance of OOO Agrofirm "Trud".
