Increasing the efficiency of radar target classification by polarization attributes using the inverse synthetic aperture radar

Бесплатный доступ

We consider the problem of classifying objects of observation by polarization characteristics. In order to increase the efficiency of the classification of objects of observation we propose to use coherent accumulation of components of the field reflected from an object of observation. The principle of inverse synthesis aperture radar is considered as one of the promising principles of coherent accumulation. Simulation results illustrating the advantages of classifying observational objects by polarization characteristics using coherent accumulation are presented.
