In the context of rapid digital transformation, the effectiveness of communication programs has become a critical element of corporate and marketing strategy. Digital tools, such as websites, social media, email channels, and CRM systems, allow for precise targeting and real-time analytics. This provides flexibility in campaign adjustments and enables quick responses to changing consumer preferences. This article examines the impact of digital tools and technologies on the effectiveness of communication programs in the music streaming market, using the MTS Music service as an example, and provides recommendations for using the most relevant digital tools for the service’s target audience, taking into account current preferences.
