Improvement of treatment efficacy in pyoinflammatory wrist diseases

The article features examination and treatment of 58 patients with purulent wrist inflammation. Modification of rate of T-cellular immune system component was detected. The control group of patients received traditional treatment - a combination of surgical treatment along with general and local medicamentous treatment of postoperative wound. Study cohort patients received additional immunomodulating therapy. Application of cycloferon improved treatment outcomes in patients with purulent wrist inflammation.
