Improving the efficiency of staff training PJSC "Sberbank of Russia"

At present, in many enterprises, it is human capital that becomes the main competitive advantage. Especially important are the «quality» characteristics of the staff, as it is highly skilled workers with creative thinking can find a way out of unusual situations that arise in connection with the recession of the economy. In this regard, in conditions of economic instability, the issues of personnel training are of particular relevance. The article describes the activities aimed at improving the efficiency of personnel training on the example of the activity of PJSC «Sberbank of Russia».
