Improving the efficiency of computer RAM memory with multi-parametric optimization

The efficiency of Random Access Memory (RAM) plays a critical role in enhancing the performance of computing systems. This paper proposes an approach to RAM optimization based on multiparametric optimization, taking into account key factors such as frequency, timing, bandwidth, and power consumption. A mathematical model for evaluating RAM efficiency has been developed, and an algorithm for multiparametric optimization is presented.
