Improving the efficiency of enterprises in the exploration industry in the transition to a digital economy

The article deals with the existing problems of organization and financing of the exploration industry in the Russian Federation. Attention is drawn to the need for the transition of the industry from the model of the growth economy to the model of a quality economy. The existing institutional shortcomings of the current model of industry management are shown. The new model of management based on the synergistic effect and the horizontal relationship of subjects of the market. On the basis of the developed model, recommendations on how to overcome the crisis in the exploration industry are given.
