Improving the effectiveness of sales organizations in the pharmaceutical industry

The article reflects the need to seek opportunities for effective sales promotion using a variety of methods, techniques and instruments of product promotion. One of the effective tools of promotion and sales promotion of pharmaceutical products is the introduction of a staged order. Regulations for the implementation of production order involves the following procedures: confirmation by the supplier a certain volume of purchases, discount prices, size of the bonus (premium) part; ensure uninterrupted availability of products; providing promotional support; timely submission of the report of the pharmacy network in accordance with the agreed requirements. Contractual obligations evidenced by the signing of the conditions are met for the relevant agreed period. Revealed the advantages of the implemented system in the organization of sales of pharmaceutical products with a low level of economic risk.
