Improving the efficiency of the railway personnel service by using a common service centre

The subject of this scientific study is the problems of divisions of corporate structures in order to fulfill strategic tasks assigned to the organization. The purpose of the work is to show how to concentrate human resources specialists on strategic human resources management functions using common service center technology. The article contains data on the results of the enterprise's operational activities, the structure of employment of personnel service specialists is considered and it is concluded that they do not have sufficient time to work on personnel development. A method of resolving a contradiction between tactical and strategic tasks assigned to personnel is proposed.
