Each company, especially in the conditions of high competition, high-tech trends in the development of the economy, needs employees who perform their direct duties with the highest quality, who act consciously and motivatedly for the good of the company. The purpose of this work is the desire to determine the role of personnel policy in improving the efficiency of staff. In the current study, we determined the essence of personnel policy, found out the fundamental principles of its creation, determined the importance of designing such a policy by a company, and also created models of interaction with potential professional personnel, which allows choosing a profitable path for the organization's development within the framework of personnel policy.
