Improving efficiency of industrial enterprise management system by automation using complex functions and balanced system of indicators

The article justifies the importance of improving the efficiency of the management process of industrial enterprises in modern conditions. Approaches of models of balanced scorecard and use of complex management functions are compared. The algorithm of formation, implementation and evaluation of complex management function is given. Using the example of which a conclusion is made on the readiness to automate the management process using the model approach using complex management functions. The approach will increase the competitiveness of the industrial enterprise and create conditions for improving management.
