Increasing the efficiency of northern delivery using lean management technologies

The northern delivery is a key mechanism for the delivery of goods and ensuring the livelihoods of the population in the hard-to-reach territories of the regions of the Arctic zone of Russia. However, the efficiency of the northern delivery is reduced due to the high costs of transportation, handling and storage of goods, and the complexity of logistics chains. The article considers the possibility of using lean management technologies to increase the efficiency of northern delivery.
