Increasing the efficiency of the personnel management system of the enterprise (on the example of LLC Mozhgamoloko)

The article deals with the problems of personnel management at the enterprise LLC "MozhgaMoloko"). The personnel policy of the enterprise is described. To improve the personnel management process, according to three experts (director, deputy, chief accountant), MozhgaMoloko needs the following: introduction of an internal communications system, training and joint holidays, vaccination. Based on these measures, the personnel management of MozhgaMoloko will be improved.
