Improving the efficiency of logistics companies in the modern world

The article presents the classification of modern supply management systems of the company. On the basis of the given list, the concept of just-in-time JIT is highlighted, its features and requirements for the organization of production are considered. To implement the concept of just-in-time JIT into the company's practice, a rating assessment of potential and existing suppliers was developed in order to determine their reliability. The proposed method is based on a point scale of assessment.
