Improvement of the effectiveness of territorial economic growth stimulation instruments

The article deals with the problems of applying territorial economic growth stimulation instruments. It is concluded the necessity to approach a new mechanism of interactions between federal and regional government on the one hand, and between government, research organizations and business - on the other hand. The author proposes a new classification of state regulation objects and determines the principals for choosing methods, forms and instruments of economic growth stimulation.
