Improving the efficiency of budget revenue management in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

Public administration plays a leading role in the process of formation and development of the financial system, the main link of which is the budget. The article provides an assessment of the management of revenues and expenditures of the regional budget and the identification of problems in the formation of the revenue side and the efficiency of spending at the regional level. Based on the conducted research, conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the revenue and expenditure side of regional budgets are made.
