Improving the efficiency of production process management at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex

One of the conditions for the successful functioning of an enterprise in the market is the availability of an effective production process management system. This topic is especially important for agricultural enterprises, where the production cycle is quite long and is influenced by factors of the external and internal environment. This article examines the importance of economic laws in the process of production management, the role of technology in the management of production processes and presents the results of a calculated investment project to improve the production processes of crop production on the example of a specific enterprise.
