Improving the efficiency of agricultural organization management: development of recommendations

In modern business conditions, management not only controls daily activities, but also determines the development strategy of an agricultural organization. The need to improve management methods has led to the professionalization of management. In modern conditions, characterized by dynamic changes in the economy, the assessment and analysis of management systems in agricultural organizations should take into account the individual characteristics of their activities. However, assessing the effectiveness of management is still an urgent task. Existing methods and approaches do not always fully correspond to the realities of Russian agricultural organizations, especially given their diversity in organizational and legal forms. The practical significance of the study is expressed in the development of recommendations for improving the management efficiency of an agricultural organization, which can be applied by organizations to improve their performance. The results of the study will be useful both for the agricultural organization itself and for other interested organizations that seek to improve their management process and achieve higher results.
