Improving the efficiency of interaction between the teacher and students in elective classes in physical education

The article presents the research materials to improve the educational process through effective interaction of the teacher and students, as well as information technology in the process of practical training on the Elective courses in physical culture and sport with the students of 1st-3rd years of K.G. Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technologies and Management specializing in martial arts. The authors emphasize the priority directions of state policy in the field of physical education of students and determine new requirements for the preparation of a future specialist. The implementation of these requirements is associated with the disclosure of the psychophysical capabilities of students, the harmonious development of their physical, intellectual and spiritual forces by introducing new and modern sports, active means and methods of physical training and new academic disciplines into the educational process.
