Improving the performance of scientific and educational institutions

Principles for improvement of the operational quality of research-educational organizations are considered, based on complex technique for quality assessment of organization's activities, grounded on the development of well-known monitoring techniques and methods from mathematical statistics. Selection of methods from multivariate statistical analysis have been justifies. Recommendations on carrying out of monitoring of effectiveness of research and educational organizations' activities are formulated, which could be used in forming of effective quality management model.
