Improving the quality of car service and repair in auto service based on the reliability of auto-service workers

The article discusses the issues of increasing the error-free activity of auto-mechanics, affecting the quality of maintenance and repair of cars. At the system level, technologies of influence on auto-mechanics are proposed, allowing to maintain a high level of error-free activity: functional redundancy by replacing auto-mechanics who make mistakes; control of reliability indicators of auto-mechanics; motivation associated with error-free activity.
