Improving the quality of public utilities to the population through the implementation of housing and communal services infrastructure projects within the framework of PPP

The object of the study is trends in the PPP market of the Russian Federation in the field of infrastructure projects with a focus on housing and communal services as the most socially oriented area in which utilities are provided to the population. The main trends in the PPP market, the volume of investmentsin the field of infrastructure construction and housing and communal services, as well as support tools that stimulate investment activity from private investors are revealed. The problems of the sphere's development areidentified and the tools for their solution are proposed.
