Improving the quality of customs services through the example of Ulyanovsk region

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of customs services through the example of Ulyanovsk region. It identifies strengths and weaknesses of the customs authorities in the region mentioned and the ways of the solution of problematic issues. The base for this research is the domestic and foreign experience.
