The authors conduct an organizational and economic analysis of the labor organization system at aircraft manufacturing enterprises of the Russian Federation. New economic mechanisms for improving the quality of labor potential of employees of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of the Rostec State Corporation, are proposed. The current conditions in which the Russian economy operates and develops reflect a significant increase in the need of enterprises in various industries for qualified labor resources. Provision of high-tech companies with this production factor today is the basis for further development of the state economic system. Moreover, increasing the human resources potential is necessary not only to generate an impetus for the growth of civilian industries, but is also of strategic importance for the aviation industry, including from the point of view of ensuring the defense capability of the Russian Federation. This determines the relevance of the topic under consideration, since it is the training of qualified personnel for aviation industry enterprises that is the cornerstone not only for the development of civilian transport infrastructure, which is the framework of modern economies, but also for the production of a high-quality product for defense purposes.
