Improving competitiveness organizations of JSC «Russian telephone company»

The article highlights the main competitors of JSC "Russian Telephone Company" and suggests a number of measures that will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the organization. The complex of measures includes: the introduction of a customer-oriented service system using the "Mystery Shopping" (MS) or "Mystery Shopper" method; the introduction of a CRM system in chain stores; the expansion of the assortment; the introduction of the "Exchange without problems" program. The implementation of the proposed measures will increase the efficiency of the pricing process, the formation of the market price will be more reasonable, and the company will increase profits and, consequently, competitiveness.
