Increasing the competitiveness of an organization based on managing the development of efficient-oriented labor relations

The article substantiates the relevance of the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the management of efficiency-oriented labor of the main subjects of production enterprises in the context of transformations of the labor market and the labor sphere associated with the development of the information network society, flexible and remote forms of labor activity. The author's definition of the concept of "effectively-oriented labor relations" is proposed, and a model for managing effective-oriented labor relations, including methodological principles, methods, criteria and indicators, is justified and presented. The author's model for the development of efficiency values, efficiency-oriented values, beliefs and norms of behavior of employees has been developed, based on the personalized involvement of employees in the processes of continuous improvement and development of the enterprise. Empirically, a linear relationship between the level of efficiency of employees' activities and the development of efficiency-oriented relationships has been established. The results of the research can be used in the practical activities of owners, managers and specialists of management services ofproduction organizations to increase the involvement, effectiveness and efficiency of employees based on the development of efficiency-oriented value systems and relationships.
