The study examines the challenges faced by domestic agricultural producers in integrating into the network segment of the agro-industrial market, which includes digital marketplaces, online trade, and B2B platforms. Based on the analysis of statistical data, empirical observations, and a comparative review of existing digital solutions, key barriers to the digitalization of the agricultural sector and the limited applicability of current platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises are identified. The necessity of developing a specialized software platform aimed at creating a unified digital ecosystem for agricultural producers and enhancing their market competitiveness is substantiated. The main directions for designing such a solution are defined, including functional and non-functional requirements as well as organizational conditions for its effective implementation. The study concludes that the creation of domestic IT products adapted to sectoral specifics and the regulatory environment is a fundamental prerequisite for the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex.
