Advanced vocational training: conscious need or a deed under compulsion (case study of the Moscow teachers)

The article deals with questions of the comprehensive school teachers’ advanced training. The authors adduce data of the survey carried out among school teachers of Moscow, aimed to estimate needs, main motives, guidelines and forms of the advanced training from the standpoint of the teachers.
